What actually goes wrong
Dates must reconcile
MOM cross-checks the résumé against the testimonials and the salary against the qualification. A three-month gap explained in neither place is a common source of a request for more information.
Verification takes longer for some institutions
Degrees from universities MOM doesn't already recognise get sent for external verification, adding weeks. Include the transcript upfront. It's asked for anyway in those cases.
