Splitting PDFs, answered

How do I split a PDF online for free?+

Drop your PDF onto the upload card, choose a split mode (by ranges, every N pages, or one file per page), and click Split. Each result gets its own download button, and none of it needs a signup.

How do I separate just a few pages from a PDF?+

Type the pages you want as ranges, like 2-4, 9. Each range comes out as its own PDF, and your original file stays as it was. Single pages work too: list them one by one.

Is the split done in my browser?+

Yes. Splitting runs client-side in your browser, and your file is not uploaded to any server during the split.

What does "by ranges" mean?+

Type page ranges like 1-3, 4-7, 9 and each range becomes its own PDF. Mixing single pages in works fine: 1, 5, 9 produces three one-page files.

Can I split a 200-page PDF into 200 files?+

Use "Each page" mode and you get exactly that: one file per page. The browser will queue 200 downloads, and most browsers ask once, then auto-allow the rest in the same session.
