Which Tally version does this work with?+
Output is Tally Prime / Tally.ERP 9 compatible. The XML uses the standard <TALLYMESSAGE><VOUCHER> envelope. Import via Gateway of Tally → Import Data → XML.
Does it keep CGST and SGST separate for intra-state receipts?+
Yes. When the receipt prints CGST and SGST as two lines (intra-state), they show as separate ledger entries in the Tally voucher. Inter-state IGST stays as one entry.
Is Tally XML export free?+
Tally XML export is a premium feature. Free tier exports as CSV or Excel; upgrade to Pro or Lifetime for Tally XML.
