What actually goes wrong
Send one PDF, not eleven attachments
Agents process dozens of applications a week. A single well-ordered PDF with a cover sheet gets read; a folder of IMG_4821.pdf files gets a follow-up email and a delay.
Redact what the agent doesn't need
Affordability is about income, not your spending. Consider redacting individual transaction lines before you attach statements: keep the name, account number and the credits.
