Convert a Citi statement to CSVCiti-specific tips
Billing period vs statement date
Citi credit-card statements use "Billing period". Citi checking uses "Statement period". The splitter recognises both wordings.
Two-digit years
Older Citi credit-card statements wrote dates as 01/15/24. We map 00-69 to 20xx, so 01/15/24 becomes Jan 2024. If your statement is from before 2000, double-check the year on each group after detection.
Combined card statements
Citi sometimes prints multiple card accounts on one statement. They share a billing period, so the splitter groups them as one month, which is usually what bookkeeping needs.
