What is the Federal Bank statement PDF password?
A Federal Bank statement PDF opens with the first 4 letters of your name in capitals followed by your birth date and month as DDMM, for example ANUT1009. Type it once below to save a copy that opens without a password. The unlocking runs in your browser, so the statement is not uploaded.
The Federal Bank statement password format
The first 4 letters of your name in CAPITALS, followed by your date and month of birth as DDMM. Skip spaces and special characters in the name. A business account uses the first 4 letters of the firm name and the date it was set up.
Example: Anu Thomas K, born 10 September = ANUT1009
The name rule skips spaces, so a short first name borrows letters from the next name. Anu Thomas becomes ANUT, not ANU. The email your statement came in states the rule for your account, so read it if the format above does not open your file. If you never received a password rule at all, only Federal Bank can send the statement again.

Federal Bank statement password questions
What is the Federal Bank statement PDF password?
A Federal Bank statement PDF opens with the first 4 letters of your name in capitals followed by your birth date and month as DDMM, for example ANUT1009.
My first name has fewer than 4 letters. What do I type?
Keep going into the next part of your name and skip the space. Federal Bank's own example is Anu Thomas K, born 10 September, whose password is ANUT1009.
My Federal Bank statement password is not working. What should I check?
Check capital and small letters first. Then check that you used your name exactly as the bank has it, that the date is day first and month second, and that you used the first holder's details on a joint account. Also check whether the file is an account statement or a card statement, since banks often use a different rule for each. The email the statement came in states the rule for your account.
Can this open a statement if I do not know the password?
No. You have to type the correct password first. The tool does not guess or recover passwords. If you cannot work it out, ask Federal Bank to send the statement again or download a new copy after logging in.
Is my statement uploaded when I unlock it here?
No. The unlocking runs in your browser. The PDF and the password stay on your device and are not sent to our server.
