What is the OCBC statement PDF password?
An OCBC statement PDF that came by email opens with the last 4 characters of your NRIC or passport number followed by your date of birth as DDMmmYY, for example 567A08Aug88. Since 30 June 2026 OCBC no longer emails statements. Type it once below to save a copy that opens without a password. The unlocking runs in your browser, so the statement is not uploaded.
The OCBC statement password format
An 11-character password, with capital and small letters as shown: the last 4 characters of your NRIC or passport number, then your date of birth as DDMmmYY. The month is 3 letters with a capital first letter. Statements and letters share the same password.
Example: NRIC S1234567A, born 8 August 1988 = 567A08Aug88
From 30 June 2026 OCBC shows statements only in the app and Internet Banking and has stopped sending them by email. OCBC's page gives no password for these downloads.
The email rule comes from a saved 2025 copy of OCBC's own help page. The page today no longer shows it, because the bank stopped emailing statements. So this rule is for older PDFs still sitting in your inbox. If you had set your own password in OCBC's settings, use that one. The email your statement came in states the rule for your account, so read it if the format above does not open your file. If you never received a password rule at all, only OCBC can send the statement again.

What is the OCBC statement PDF password?
An OCBC statement PDF that came by email opens with the last 4 characters of your NRIC or passport number followed by your date of birth as DDMmmYY, for example 567A08Aug88. Since 30 June 2026 OCBC no longer emails statements.
My OCBC statement password is not working. What should I check?
Check capital and small letters first. Then check that you used your name exactly as the bank has it, that the date is day first and month second, and that you used the first holder's details on a joint account. Also check whether the file is an account statement or a card statement, since banks often use a different rule for each. The email the statement came in states the rule for your account.
Can this open a statement if I do not know the password?
No. You have to type the correct password first. The tool does not guess or recover passwords. If you cannot work it out, ask OCBC to send the statement again or download a new copy after logging in.
Is my statement uploaded when I unlock it here?
No. The unlocking runs in your browser. The PDF and the password stay on your device and are not sent to our server.
